The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Ratification of the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters"

The Law ratifies the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters.

Ratification of the Second Additional Protocol will allow Ukraine to introduce new forms of cooperation between the authorized bodies of the Contractual Parties during the investigation of crimes and legal proceedings on criminal cases in the form of mutual legal assistance.

The bill is registered under Reg. No. 0207.
